SPRAY ON LINERS AND COATINGS

 

The industry's strongest protection never looked so good!

High Pressure Liners give you total and permanent protection.
When you take your truck to our dealer, your vehicle will be carefully prepared by trained technicians. 
First the surface is wiped clean with a degreasing solution.  All areas are masked off and special wire trim tape is applied at edges of surface to be sprayed.  Next the surface is scuffed to allow for proper adhesion and wiped down again.  Then the liner is sprayed on under heat and pressure to a thickness of up to 1/4" on the floors and 1/8th on the sides of the bed.  Finally the truck is unmasked and your new liner is ready for action!
Your High Pressure Liner will be professionally installed and can be expected to preform for as long as you own your truck, without chipping, peeling, or cracking.
                                  
In no event will the dealer be liable for damage resulting from abuse or accident.  In the event of a defect or failure, not resulting from abuse, the High Pressure dealer will repair or replace the liner.

POWDER COATING

 

With our powder coating we have superior turn around times and the largest oven in the area to accomodate even the biggest of jobs.

Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes. Color selection is virtually unlimited and colors stay bright and vibrant longer than other finishes. Texture selections range from smooth surfaces to a wrinkled or matte finish and a rough texture designed for hiding imperfections in the surface of the metal.
